Victoria {Old Town Alexandria}

SO, 2014 is over and 2015 is now in, and most photographers finished all their 2014 stuff up and already posted their last few things right before New Years.  Yay!  Well, I’m not quite that on top of things.  With November being so busy, and then December being filled with editing, graduating, and Christmas…I’m a little behind.  But I’m almost there!  I have two more sessions to share from 2014.  So here goes!

Meet Victoria! I am actually very excited to share these photos with you all.  Victoria is one of my fellow photography friends and she and I decided to do a “shoot-for-shoot.”  Meaning, I took pictures of her and she took pictures of me (I’ll put some of those up in a while).  We had a blast and I’m pretty sure we walked around Old Town Alexandria for about 3 hours.  On top of that, I think I found my new favorite location!  This place is filled with hundreds of nooks and crannies, unique walls, benches, sitting areas, and scenery.  I totally fell in love with it and hope to photograph many more people there this year.  Enjoy her photos!  Oh!  and here’s a little secret: ( She actually is the first one that I photographed for a series I will be beginning later this January.  The series will be called White Shirts, but I’ll tell you more about that later. Stay tuned!)

A sneak peak at one of the photos done for White Shirts!
My new favorite prop: Red Afghan!
